Customers can now organize their reservations by different criteria in Helle-Finna. You can e.g. put on top of the list the reservations that are already ready to be picked up.

Kunderna kan nu sortera sina reservationer enligt olika kriterier i Helle-Finna. Det går att till exempel ha på toppen de reservationer som redan finns att avhämta.

Customers of the mobile library: It is now possible to define at which stop you will collect your reservation
When placing a reservation, it is now possible to define at which stop you will collect your reservation. Do as usual, search for the material you wish to have, log yourself into Helle Finna and make a reservation. There is a new box in the form called Mobile library stop.
There you can write the name of the stop at which you will collect your reservation. By adding the stop to the reservation form you will help the library staff to make sure that your reservation ends up on the bus on the right day and as soon as possible.
Är du kund i bokbussen: Nu kan du i reservationsskedet specificera från vilken hållplats du vill avhämta din reservation.
Nu är det möjligt att i reservationsskede specificera från vilken av bokbussens hållplatser du vill avhämta din reservation ifrån. Sök på vanligt sätt efter materialet som du vill beställa och logga in för att göra reservationen. Ett nytt fält, Bokbussens hållplats, har lagts till i reservationsblanketten.
Här kan du skriva in från vilken hållplats du vill avhämta reservationen. Genom att lägga till denna information hjälper du bibliotekets personal att säkerställa att din reservation kommer med på den rätta turen och att du får den så snabbt som möjligt.

Nyt on mahdollista varausvaiheessa täsmentää, miltä kirjastoauton pysäkiltä haluat noutaa varauksesi. Etsi tavalliseen tapaan aineisto, jonka haluat varata ja kirjaudu sisään tehdäksesi varauksen. Varaus-lomakkeeseen on lisätty uusi ruutu Kirjastoauton pysäkki.

Finna-tjänsternas inställningar för kakor uppdateras och uppdateringen träder i kraft 1.11. Också Helle-biblioteken använder Finna så uppdateringen av kakor gäller också Helle-Finna nätbiblioteket. Kakorna är indelade i flera kategorier vilkas innehåll kan godkännas eller förhindras skilt. För att sidan ska fungera kan man inte förhindra nödvändiga kakor. Genom att godkänna kakor för statistik tillåter du att anonym information från dina besök statistikförs. Vissa delar i nätbiblioteket syns bara om du accepterar kakorna.
Kakorna regleras enligt Lag om tjänster inom elektronisk kommunikation (917/2014) paragraf 205.

Finna-palveluiden evästekyselyt päivitetään ja päivitys astuu voimaan 1.11. Myös Helle-kirjastot käyttävät Finnaa, joten evästepäivitykset koskevat myös Helle-Finna-verkkokirjastoa. Käytännössä tämä tarkoittaa sitä, että verkkokirjastoon tulee uusi evästepalkki, josta sivujen käyttäjä voi hallita evästeitä ja saada lisätietoja niiden käyttötavoista.
Evästeet on jaettu useampaan kategoriaan, joiden sisällön voi hyväksyä tai estää erikseen. Välttämättömien evästeiden käyttöä ei voi estää, että sivusto toimisi oikein. Changes in how to log in to PressReader from home
It is no longer possible to log in to PressReader directly through the page where you can see your loans. Now you need to log in directly on to PressReader. The possibility to log in through your own page was always meant to be a temporary solution until all the Helle-libraries had the possibility to buy the product and we got the right log-in solutions working. Once all this was made possible, we can no longer offer the old way of log-in.
How to log in:
Open the PressReader website, www.pressreader.com , click Sign in and then choose the Libraries or Groups option. Next choose from the Select libraries list Library – Helle-libraries and type in your library card number and PIN code. You can also use the PressReader app. More instructions can be found on the e-material page in Helle-Finna.
