Pick-up time for reservations will be reduced from seven to five days. However, since weekend days and closing days are not counted, the actual pick-up time is always at least seven days.
This reform is intended to speed up the circulation of material.
At the same time, we will introduce a new e-mail reminder for uncollected reservations. It will be sent on the day before the last pick-up day. You can choose to be reminded either in Helle-Finna online library or at the library service desk.
