The Finna user survey is aimed at all visitors to the various Finna sites.
We are collecting feedback on the use of the finna.fi search service and other online services on the Finna platform. Libraries, archives and museums use the platform, for example, to offer online library services and present their collections.
Feedback allows us to develop the Finna search service and assess service quality.
Completing the survey questionnaire takes an average of 5 to 10 minutes. The survey is secure and will not collect respondents’ personal details. The quantitative responses received will be preserved in the Finnish Social Science Data Archive. Open-ended responses from the survey may be processed using AI tools provided by third parties, and for this purpose, response data may be transferred to third-party systems. However, we ensure through agreements that the open-ended response data is not used for any other purposes than the development of Finna.
