How to put a request on hold or delete it

Dear customers,

it is so wonderful that you have made so many reservations! We want to remind you that in the net library (helle.finna.fi) you can put your requests on hold or delete them altogether if you wish.

If you are out of town or if there is some other reason you can not come and pick up your reservations for a certain period of time, you can easily put it on hold. You can also set out the date the reservation can be valid again. This way you can escape the inconvenience of not being able to pick up your reservation within the time it should be picked up. In case you don’t need some material you have reserved at all, you can delete the request entirely. If the reserved material has already arrived and is ready to be picked up you can delete the request only by calling us or sending us e-mail.
