Some e-mail notices of due dates have lately ended up into to the customers’ trash folders. This has caused some confusion and delays in returning loans.
We recommend all customers to check their trash folders and add email@example.com to the whitelist, i.e. give the e-mail software permission to receive mail from the library. Further guidance how to do this can be found in the internet or at your own operator.
All notices from the library are an additional service. The customer is always responsible for his/her own loans. You can check the due dates in the receipt that was given at the library or in your user profile in the web library helle.finna.fi.
