Go to the online library, helle.finna.fi and click on Login.
Choose Forgot your PIN code? and click it open. Fill in your library card details and your email-address and click Ask for new PIN.
NB. The email-address must be the same one that is in your customer info in the library system. If you don’t have an email-address saved in your information, please contact your local library to have it added. For security reasons the PIN code is not given by phone.
Open your email and the message from Helle email@example.com. Follow the link in the message and choose a new PIN code.
